 Feb 9, 2008 Outlaw Meeting held at Western Sizzlin
  Items discussed:
    * Track surface - The Boardman's are currently working on making it better and would like to know if anyone has any old large tires that could be used to drag the track, please contact Larry Boardman at 501-888-7873.
    * Races to be completed at a reasonable hour, The Boardman's are going to try and have the races completed by 10:00 p.m. in doing so Racers are going to have to be in the staging lanes when called and ready to race, or face a penalty of being disqualified.
    * Considering a new 5.30 Index class.
    * There will be finals ran at every race, spectators come to the races and stay to watch who wins. 
    * Currently 5 races scheduled but there is room on the calendar to reschedule due to rainouts or any additional races.
    * Prescott raceway has a new logo - shown on the right hand of the screen.
    * Change to Super Street Track Record currently at 5.08  
    * Communications, Larry admitted that he wasn't very computer literate but that he is always available to be reached by phone
    * Like for racers to help and advertise the races so that we will have more spectators.
    * Writing on cars during Qualifying, will work on coming up with some other way of distinguishing which lanes had been ran.
    * Reviewed Rules for Super Street 10.5     
       - #8, Must meet 10.8 template, Phoenix (part number PH374 or PH380) or Hoosier tires (part number 18192D05) NOT allowed.
       - #14, adding No setback blowers
       - #15, removing No Big Blocks with Turbos or Superchargers
       - #16, adding f. Big Block with Turbos or Superchargers - 3200 lbs 
    * Reviewed Rules for Real Street
       - #2, Cars can run Gasoline or Alcohol
       - #13, Any Inductions Allowed
       - #21, a. Small Blocks - 2800 lbs
    * Reviewed Rules for EZ Street
       - #6, Cars can run Gasoline or Alcohol
       - #8, Any Inductions Allowed
    * Rick Hayes -
       -  Preps the Track, VHT ($660.00 a barrel) is always used
       -  Responsible for Staging Lane
       -  This year only 2 crew members will be allowed on Starting line.
       -  Racers need to watch Rick and Jeff before starting their Burnouts - to make sure everything is ready at the starting line.

    * Larry is planning on
       - Redoing the the burnout area making it more of a smoother finish.
       - New double guard rails
       - More paving in Pits parking area and staging lanes.
       - No cost for parking on PITS side during big races.
       - Widen the far end of the track for easier turnoffs
       - Build a Track building to have a place for meetings, banquets, Awards Ceremonies, and etc..
       - Scales completed
       - New sign out at Gate entrance
       - Another Outlaw Meeting to be held in July 08
